HIRSP Request for Proposal
Marketing and Outreach Services
The HIRSP Authority is seeking proposals to provide marketing and outreach services beginning in October 2010.
In July 2010, the HIRSP Authority was chosen to administer the HIRSP Federal Plan as part of the Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act (PPACA).
The HIRSP Federal Plan provides insurance coverage to Wisconsin residents who have been uninsured for at least six months and have pre-existing medical conditions.
The HIRSP Federal Plan has approximately 8,500 slots available. The goal of the marketing and outreach campaign is to fill the 8,500 slots as quickly as possible.
