HIRSP Diabetes Disease Management RFP
The Board of Directors for the Health Insurance Risk-Sharing Plan Authority is accepting bids for diabetes disease management (DM) services as described in the request for proposals (RFP) document listed below. Bids must be received no later than 4:00 P.M. central time, May 30, 2008. The date specified for receiving the bids is a firm deadline and all bids to be considered must be received, in their entirety, at the designated office by that time.
