Catastrophic or Complex Healthcare Situation

Contact us if you suffer from a catastrophic or complex health care situation. A nurse case manager will work with you and your physician to establish a care plan when you require extensive or complex medical care due to an injury or illness. We will assist with setting up and coordinating services in your home and determine HIRSP benefits including purchase or rental of equipment such as apnea monitors, wheelchairs, and hospital beds.
