About Self-Service Account Tools
As a HIRSP Policyholder, you can take advantage of time-saving account management tools which allow you to:
- Review your benefits
- Check the status of a claim
- Update your contact information in the profile area
- Post a secure and private message regarding a health care coverage issue
- Replace your lost or worn out ID card
- Order additional copies of the HIRSP policyholder guide

- Click on Register, you will leave the HIRSP Web site and enter the registration area on our Administrative Services Provider's site.
- Read the Disclaimer/Privacy Statement and click "I agree".
- Complete the required information and click Continue.
- When you're done, use your username and password in the login area to access your Self-Service Account Tools!
