"At first I was apprehensive about the program. I wasn't
sure I'd learn anything new, or that my coach could really
understand my unique situation and needs. I was worried
I wouldn't be able to keep up with my goals.
To my surprise, my coach was understanding, gentle and kind. When I told her I wanted to lose 4 pounds per month, she assured me it's the little steps rather than giant leaps that will get me to my goals. With her support and encouragement, I was able to drop 6 pounds the first month — I didn't expect that at all! I feel better and more hopeful for the first time in months." ~ program participant
